~1. Simple introduction:

Auto large bottle water filling and packing production line is specially used in 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottle water production. The complete line integrates the three functions of washer, filler and capper in one body. It is the ideal equipment for filling and packing pure and mineral water. All lines are made by stainless steel SUS **4, The main electric parts use Japanese Mitsubishi, Omron and so on. The air pressure system adopts Taiwan AIR TAC brand product. This machine has features as compact structure, low floor area, high efficiency, and stable reliable.

2.Working process:

5 gallon bottle->auto old lid remover->auto outside bottle washing machine->auto bottle loader->auto washing, filling and capping unit->lamp inspection->bottleneck film hot shrink machine->final product

3.Technical parameter:
1).Suitable size of bottle:3 gallon or 5 gallon PET/PC bottles
 2).The pipe can be material of SUS**4 or PVC.
 3).Whole line is made by stainless steel material.
 4).Complete production line is automation by Panasonic PLC control.
 5).Capacity: from *0bottles per hour to ***0 bottles per hour.
 6).Adopts imported pneumatic component.

raw water tank->water pump->quartz sand filter->active carbon filter->chemical dosing unit->5 micron filter ->RO equipment unit + on-line RO washing unit/hollow fiber ultra-filter->ozone sterilizing system->pure water tank->UV light sterilizer
