1. Large household appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, smoke machines, disinfection cabinets, water heaters, etc.) are delivered by ande logistics, Baishi logistics, SF logistics, etc. The merchant's order will be automatically transferred to the warehouse. The system does not support changing the address. Please check the address before placing an order. Due to the large size of the big power house, it is recommended to choose the installation address for distribution. (in case of return due to wrong address, the buyer shall bear the corresponding logistics return freight)
2. If the goods without quality problems are not received within the time limit due to customer reasons, they will be returned automatically and the freight shall be borne by the customer.
Sign for inspection
1. The goods sold by the merchant are brand new and unopened. When you sign for the goods, please verify whether the product model information is consistent with the products you ordered, and whether the product packaging is intact. If it is damaged, please take photos and reject it directly, and contact the online customer service of the merchant in time.
2. After the goods are signed, please open the box for inspection immediately. If there is any damage, please contact the online customer service within 8 hours after signing; If the goods are not accepted in time, they will be deemed as intact and will not be returned or replaced on the grounds of scratch, deformation, pit or damage.
3. If the goods are returned or exchanged without reason within 7 days after acceptance, the user shall bear the cost of return if it is not caused by the quality of the goods.
Door to door standard
1. Before placing an order, please be sure to verify whether the width of your stairs, elevators and indoor doors meet the size. If the product cannot be delivered to your home and is returned due to environmental conditions that do not meet the above requirements, it is an unreasonable return, and the customer shall bear the return freight.
2. All electric products within the distribution range of outlets can be delivered to the home. Please fill in the format of "province, city, county (District), town (street) and village" from large to small and indicate the specific floor and house number, otherwise the logistics company has the right not to send them upstairs. If the logistics company fails to deliver goods to the home according to the receiving address or charges additional fees, please contact the online customer service for solutions.
3. If the address is relatively remote (such as some islands or traffic jam places), the customer may need to pick it up by himself. Please take photos carefully. The customer needs to bear the return freight for return.
