Wear is fast when the pipeline conveying pointed materials(ash, coal powder, mine flavor powder, tailings, cement etc), especially for elbow. Pipeline corroded will be quickly worn out when conveying gas, fluid and solid materials of intensive corrosion. Integrated wear resistant ceramic bend can effectively solve this problem.
High temperature, flow velocity and hardness will cause intensively worn to the equipments, especially for bends. When pipeline conveying high temperature gas which include hard particle, it will be worn out in less than a year if no protection procedure. These facilities are mostly on the bracket in the air, and not convenient for maintainance, once worn through, will seriously influence the safe operation of equipments.
