The Improved JDTM Series High Efficiency Ball Mills was originally designed by Tangshan Cement Machinery Factory, which is one of the biggest and oldest cement machinery manufacturer in China. The mill has been modified according to hundreds of customers’ practical experience. The advantages of this new model include: substantially increase in PRODUCTION CAPACITY, SUPER FINENESS can be achieved, with LESS ELECTRICITY POWER consumed.

The Improved JDTM Series Ball Mills have adopted the special integrate diaphragm and discharge grate to adjust material levels of every chamber so as to increase air ventilation and improve conditions inside the mill; meanwhile the NEW TYPE OF LINING PLATE has been adopted, regulated mill rotation speed, optimized design of bearings. So as to increase its operational stability, using life and grinding efficiency.

After being put into practice, it is proved that its output has been INCREASED about *0% and unit product power consumption has been REDUCED *0%**2% down under the conditions that other parameters have not been changed by comparison to other same sized ball mill. While being operated in open circuit, specific surface of it could be reached up to **0cm2/kg.

APPLICATION:

The Energy Saving ball mill is a key equipment to grind the materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, steel slag, etc, and the ball mill can grind various materials with dry type and wet type. WORKING PRINCIPLE:

This machine changes the intrinsic grinding machine structure. Its body and ground plank are an integral whole, so when fixing, it can be lowered on a plane surface once only. Using double tiered roller axletree with centripetal spherical surface as the support of the host axletree can reduce energy cost by *0%.The intrinsic grille pattern forcing evacuation is instead by overfall pattern controlling one.
