It is a machine which is used to separate the metal (copper, steel) and plastic in all sorts of cables. Bringing metal and plastic into spate granule is the most important feature of the machine.

CNC Cable Breaking machine is of a system consisting of 3 pieces of main machines and their equipment. Assembling all the machines on one chassis and the protection frame around the chassis eradicates all the risks which may arise. Motors work with V belts and manualley installation can be made by conveyor belts. With air cooling fan system of the machine cooling can be made in the crushing chamber. All blades in the breaking chamber is made from HCHC steel (****8 HRC. There will not be any decrease in efficiency of the blades as long as the metals in different hardness are crushed in the machine. For crushing German BOHLER brand blades are used.

With the air seperator mounted on the chasis, copper, steel and plastic seperated from each other with accurate way. All of our machines have sound isolation its in required standarts. Safety switches and control panels are designed for easy usage and they have very important function for employee safety.

The power source machine required is **0 V 3 phase *0 hz. Take into consideration that do not crush different materials with different hardness because it is very important for effectiveness and long working period of the blades.

Transportation of the machine is facilitated by the rubber pads placed under the machine.
