â—Application:

Widely used pressureless sintering of metallurgy powder, ceramic, silicon carbide, boron carbide.

â—Feature:

1.Adopting the intelligent digital display meter program and PID intelligent temperature display control instrument, the new digital display, intelligent control technology, to reduce the visual reading and artificial operation error, greatly improving work efficiency, double digital display, key set, over temperature alarm. The microcomputer automatic control, programmable multi segment heating- keeping-cooling temperature curve, automatic heating-keeping-cooling and over temperature protection, stopping automatically at the end of the program runs, no need to be on duty.

2.Heating quickly, environment protection and energy saving, high accuracy, stable performance, excellent keeping temperature.

3. The furnace is filled with high temperature composite material or carbon fiber, and the heat insulating material is used to ensure that the temperature of the furnace body in the long-term operation is not more than the national standard.

4. Inside and the circulating water system, the cooling speed is accelerated. The furnace temperature is close to room temperature.
