Metallurgy powder sintering furnace

●Application:

 Powder metallurgy sintering furnace is mainly used in copper tungsten alloy, heavy gravity alloy, molybdenum alloy, titanium alloy and hard alloy and other products of the degreasing and sintering.

●Main configuration:

1.Furnace door: Rotary hinge locking; manual / automatic lock tight

2.Furnace shell: all carbon-steel/stainless steel inner layer/all stainless steel

3.Furnace boiler: soft carbon-felt + hard combination felt/ all hard combination felt.

4.Heater material: Static pressure graphite / graphite molded three-high

5.Muffle material: slim size of graphite

6.Gas circuit control: volume/quality flow calculation, manual valve/automatic valve, import/ domestic

7.vacuum pump and vacuum gauge: import/domestic
