Product Description

   Concrete pole centrifugal machine conforms to JC/T**2 Concrete Products Centrifugal Forming Machine Technical Condition,its standard forming machine.This machine comprises DL1(one pole at one time),DL2(two poles at one time) two types,  working with concrete conical steel pole molds that accord with JC/T**4 Standard,can produce round concrete poles stipulated by GB***3.





This machine is the main device for producing round cement products(piles,poles,pipes) with different diameter and length adopting centrifugal forming method,centrifugal machine is broken-shaft type, consisting of bearings,base,etc,with single-pipe,double-pipe,triple-pipe three categories;installed with speed-adjusting motor and control device,steadily running,speed adjusting range is large,low noises,high tightness degree of bearings,the whole motor group can be operated conveniently ,safe and credibly;base is box structure,made by welded high quality steel plate and then wholly planed,durable and sturdy,easily install.





Quality requests for the installation and maintenance of the concrete pole centrifugal machine:



  

1.After wholly installation,bearings should spin freely,no blockage;

2.Displacement of any bearing tread should not be over 2.5mm.

3.Any tight fastening parts should not loose,no omit install or miss install.

4.Levelness of basic shaft of all bearings should not be larger than 0.*5/**0;

5.Bearings and concentricity of common basic shaft:no bigger than 1.5mm when the bearing amount is under 6,no bigger than 2mm when its **8.

6.Allowed error limit of bearing shaft distance is ±0.3mm.

7.Vibration of bearing end face is less than 0.3mm,external ring round vibration should be less than 0.*5mm.

Working Principle:

1. Adding the slurry into the mould, it is driven quickly and rotated in the same speed of the machine. Each component is separated and released under the centrifugal force. Usually the higher the slurry rotate speed, the better the slurry separating effect.

 

2. Centrifugal sedimentation is the use of different density of each component in the slurry, which is rotated under the centrifugal force. To realize the liquid - solid (or liquid - liquid) separation.

 

3. The speed of separation is slow when the viscosity of slurry is high.

 

4. It is good for centrifugal sedimentation when the slurry density is different in each component.
