1. Overview
 
HAIYU Prestressed Concrete Spun Pole Mold is used for concrete electrical pole production whose mainly fabrication technology is longitudinal tension of cold drawn steel bars. Then it can squeeze out the excess water among concrete with centrifuge. Thus, it can greatly improve the concrete density and strength.
HAIYU Centrifugal Spun Pole Machine for spun concrete pole & pile is driven by famous brand(ACC and Siemens) variable frequency and speed regulating Motor. The spun process is automatically controlled with start on control panel.

High centrifugal force extracts the excess water from the fresh concrete placed in the mold. This process makes the concrete extremely dense and also improves quality of the concrete. Concrete pole produced will have smooth surface with hollow cross-section.

The spinning process starts with slow revolution speed. During this stage,  concrete will be distributed evenly on inner surface of whole mold. Following that, the revolution increases automatically to medium speed and finally to high speed. At the highest speed, a large magnitude of centrifugal force (~*0g) acts to compact the concrete.
 In order to mold concrete more quickly to meet the designed strength of more than *0%, steam curing is necessary to shorten the mold-releasing cycle.
Our factory produces two categories of Pre-stressed concrete electric pole molds, DMZ&DMD.  The Prestressed Electricity Poles produced by this series equipment comply with Chinese national standard of JC/T*******1 and KLPC Standard request and it has proven in kenyan .

3.1 Welding technology, which enhances the smooth finish of the mold wall, and eliminates the uneven traces of rivet holes. So the concrete poles appearance will be improved significantly.
3.2 The cylinder is changed to U-type longitudinal stiffeners which can greatly increase the stiffness and flexural strength of the steel mould.
3.3 Install the slot with rubber sealing strip, in order to prevent leakage to ensure quality.

4. Working Principle

4.1 The steel mould should work together with electric pole centrifugal spinning machine. The steel mold should be placed on the spinning machine smoothly and steadily.

4.2 Put the mixed slurry into the mold and rotate in different directions under the motor driven.

4.3 In this process, the redundant water in the concrete is released by the force of centrifugal, and the concrete is dense and high strength. And then, the pole forms around the inner wall of the concrete pole mold.
