LDH Coulter type Mixer
Description
The machine is made of transmission structure, horizontal type drum, Coulter and blades. The materials flow forwards in axial direction along the frump shell by the force from the Coulter. When the materials cross the blades, they will be thrown to all directions but the force from high speed rotation of the blades, in order to be evenly mixed in a short time. This machine has been widelt applied in the industries of chemistry, construction, medicine, veterinary medicine, foods, feeding stuffs, additives for feeding stuffs, plastic, metallurgy and etc. it is especially used to mix the sticky or colloidal additives.

Short mixing time, it has a strong adaptability of mixing the materials that are great different in particle size and density.

It can be operated in sealed condition and run stably. The concentration of the powder dust is low, it has no pollution to the environment.

The spraying device can be installed. It also can separate and mix the lump materials.
