The dry mortar production line consists of:
Drying and screening equipment of raw material: drum-type drier, screening machine
Lifting equipments of raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveying, big bag discharging system and passenger and goods lift
Storage system of raw material: main material silo and additives silo, which are designed according to data of material bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angle and more
It equips bin help flow device level indicator and pressure relief valve, and dust collector on top of silo, and more
Dedusting and recycling system: central dust collector and portable recycle machine
Feeding system: the types of feeding are both gravity and mechanical assistant discharging, including many kinds of assistant valves, screw and vibrator feeding
Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system, mixer, and finished product silo
Packing system: small bag packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk mobile packing machine
Air supply system and pipes: air compressor, drying and filtering equipment, pipes.
Central control room: standby power supply, industrial control PC, printer, PLC system and weighing controller
Steel construction: steel tower, finished warehouse, lighting system, fire fighting system
