Production Process
The aluminum rollers are made under the process of high-speed turning, static & dynamicbalancing andfine grinding etc.

Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, con-centricity andcylindricity - that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified aluminum roller. To ensurethe high quality of the rolls, the company does precision machining & strict inspection. Dynamic balancing is also a must for high speed working roller.

Surface Treatment

1) Finally aluminum rollers need to be anodized or hard anodized.
