  Insulating aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip means that the thermal barrier strip (its heat insulation property is better than ***0 times that of aluminum profile) is used to separate and tightly connect two layers (indoor and outdoor) of surface-treated aluminum alloy profiles to form a whole, disconnect aluminum profile to form bridges and effectively prevent heat transmission. After the insulating aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip undergoes three working procedures (i.e. notched, provided with a thermal barrier strip and rolled), the thermal barrier strip, which is made of polyamide *6 with *5% glass fiber (namely PA*6GF*5) is made into the thermal barrier strip notch and securely occluded by aluminum profiles. The insulating aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip has advantages of both plastic and aluminum alloy materials, and can met the requirements of decoration effect, door & window strength and aging resistance. It is of high strength, free from deformation, maintenance, acid & alkali erosion and yellowing & color fading, as well as colorful and decorative.
