 The electrophoresis coated aluminum alloy profile means the process of putting the extruded aluminum alloy in the electrophoresis tank and switch on direct current to form a dense resin film on the surface. The liquor in electrophoresis tank consists of acrylic resin, cosolvent and pure water. The electrophoresis of aluminum profiles contains four chemical reaction processes, namely, electrophoresis, electrolysis, electrodeposition and electroosmosis. Features of aluminum profiles after electrophoretic coating: can resist acid, alkali and pollution, delay aging of aluminum profiles, wear well and resist fade with gloss.
