The GDV multihead dosing for liquid, dense and doughy products are particularly suitable for installation of automatic packaging lines and can work on plants at 2 - 3 - 4 - 6 - 8 tracks. 
Our models GDV are made ​​of stainless steel AISI **6 and have a wide range volumetric for each type of application and the internal seals are Teflon suitable for contact with food. 
The speed of the suction and discharge are easily adjustable pneumatically. 
The hopper can be heated with electrical resisteze (optional) and have a blade stirrer for mixing constant of the product (optional). 
The structure of the dosing unit is designed to be quickly removed from the line to allow the operations of cleaning and maintenance, for this we use stainless steel base and wheels made ​​according to the characteristics of the line on which the metering unit has to work. 
The dispensing nozzles are dripless with "cutter" for liquid and dense, can be of various types and diameters according to the product and quantity to be dosed.
