A J Services manufcaturer a wide range of dampers, which regulate the air flow in ducting - which is part of a HVAC system. The dampers are housed in side the ductwork, which is where conditioned air passes along before being distributed through grilles, louvers and diffusers that are connected tio the ductwork so can circulate in the rooms or spaces which it is required to do so. Being able to regulate the air flow means that the volume of which is travelling through the ducting is controlled and the velocity can be increassed or decreassed as needed this will not only mean that rooms or spaces temperature will be controlled more effectively but will see less energy used which means energy bills will be lower as the system becomes more economical.



The duct regulating dampers are avialable in a wide range of styles - with options made for both high and low volume ducting systems. These are produced in 5 different models: Multi leaf volume control - these dampers are designed specificaly for high volume ducts, which are manufactured in a square/recatngle aluminium casing with options for a round spigot so the damper can be attached to spiral ducting. Then there is also options for lower velocity ducts, these include Iris dampers, butterfly and single blade dampers these are all circular in shape and tend to be smaller that then multi leaf dampers and designed to be fitted into spiral ducting.
