ENH in-line bitumen emulsion
plant is specially designed to meet the high demands of modern
bitumen emulsion technology. The great advantage of the in-line
system is that there is no need to premix any water solutions, and
all is added continuously during the production which means that
the production can continue practically as long as required without
any stop. Automatic accurate measurements ensure steady reliable
production.
The colloid mill system with
patented technology offers possibility to produce all kinds of
bitumen emulsion including modified bitumen emulsion. The PLC
computer control system and the flow meter guarantee the stable and
accurate production by the digital of the formula and
monitoring the production phase real-time.
There is no need to build
complicated soap water tank system because of the in-line system;
therefore it saves real land coverage. And the system can also
greatly avoid the misoperation, contributing to the high
quality.
Based on decades of experience,
ENH can equip the plants to meet customers' varying demands
including customization of heat exchanger and chemical measurement
system.
And ENH offer mobile plant and
stationary plant. The mobile plant is built in a *0’ container with
independent control room for easy transportation and
maintenance.

PH meter on the pipeline ensures
right PH value of the soap water. The finished bitumen emulsion is
directly sent to the storage tank without extra transport
pump.
Inner pipelines are heated by
electricity, not by heat conducting oil. Individual measuring and
pumping system is equipped for every chemical, ensuring accurate
online dispensing, adjusting the prescription anytime. Users can
start producing anytime without premixing soap water, and it avoids
human misoperation.
Special waste liquid recycling
system guarantees zero discharge and protects the
environments.
Equipped with heating boiler,
users can start production anytime. The automatic heat exchanger
system can help reduce energy consumption.
The patented ENH modular container
design with independent control room makes it easier to install and
transport.
