Cationic softener flake  is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group polymers suitable for all kinds of textile as softener, give the product a higher added value, especially for acrylic fiber and its blended wool fabric. Compared with the ordinary softening agent,it has features of less dosage and comfortable hand feeling. 
1.Impart the fabric with soft,fluffy,smooth,elastic feeling.
2.Good antistatic properties
3. Proof Acid, hard water.
4. The effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small. 5.Especially usefor acrylic fiber and its blended wool fabric.

Application: Applicable to all kinds of textile as softener, give the product a higher added value, especially for acrylic fiber and its blended wool fabric. Compared with the ordinary softening agent,it has features of less dosage and comfortable hand feeling.
[ Dissolution method]: Pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of *0%,stir and soak the mixture for ****0min till flake completely disperse,then stir and heat to ****0 degree, until the flakes melt,it need about **2 hrs. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, continually stir the mixture till to get a uniform paste.
[Direction for usage]:
A. Padding method: *0 ~ *0g/L(5% solution),temperature *0~ *0 C.
B. Immersion method
[Storage & Package]: Can be stored for *2 months under cool and well ventilated condition. *5 kg per bag.
