Flotation separator for gold copper ore processing plant

Each unit of flotation consists of two tanks. The first tank contains feeding pipe for sucking the pulp. The second tank is auto flowing tank or direct flowing tank. There are middle chamber between the two tanks. Below, the pulp is two connected together. The impeller is on the lower part of main shaft . There are belt wheel on the upper part of main shaft for motor driving. The air is sucked by feeding pipe. The pulp level in each unit is adjusted by sluice gate. There are cover plate and air cylinder above the impeller. There is hole in the air cylinder for install feeding pulp pipe. The middle pulp pipe is used for pulp recycling and the size of hole can be adjusted by tension rod.

The flotation machine is the machine which completes the flotation process directly. It consists of stirring area, separating area and foam area from bottom to the top. The separating are is the key area for pulp to form the mineralized foam. So the sufficient cubage and hight shall be ensured. And there shall be form obvious boundary from stirring area. 

The flotation separator foaming position is close to the scraper and wont gather inside the tank, which has been greatly improved flotation efficiency and lower down the energy consumption. The impeller rotors foam by self-sucking the air. The contacting area of shell and pulp is painted by glass fiber anticorrosive and wearing resistant material to lower down the additives corrosion and friction to shell.
