Flux cored wire forming machine (flux cored wire rolling mill ).The forming machine is the soul of the flux cored wire machine line, it is also the hit product of our company.We made the further innovative and design on the base of after we absorb the home and abroad kinds of forming machines advantage. The main changing is the roller, after our companys design, the efficiency have proved *0%, have the leading domestic level in China. The roller have the advantage of the high machining precision, easy to adjust, automatic feeding the powder, no powder will alarm,  powder filling small error, high productivity etc. Through change the roller, it could produce the flux cored wire, submergd arc welding wire, stainless steel flux cored wires etc. All using the variable frequency speed control system, PLC program control. The machine line using the touch screen setting the parameter and inspect the production.
