1) The wire drawing machine draw the after-formings flux cored wire which wind in the spool to the thin flux cored wire. It adopts straight drawing, 
avoid the flux cored wires rotate during the drawing process, proved the drawing speed, thus ensure the welding wires quality.
2)Coiling block: adopts cast tungsten carbide material, hardness HRC>*0, good abrasion resistance. Taperdesign reasonable, coiling block water cooling temperature, all box adopts Japan NSK bearing, automatic stop when break wire.
3)Die box: could adjust up, down, left, right. Trough the air cylinder and sensor fine adjusting, reduce the wires shake. Install reasonable. Water cooling directly, equipment high polycrystalline drawing die.
4)Control method: all use variable frequency speed control system, PLC control program. All the machine line using the touch screen setting the parameter and inspect the production.
