GNS A*1 MULTI-USE PU FOAM

 

GNS MULTI-USE PU FOAM A*1 is a one-component, ready to use multi-purpose Polyurethane Foam. It is fitted with a plastic adapter head for use with a foam application gun or plastic applicator. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation. 

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

l Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon);

l Very good filling capacities;

l Application temperature is between + 5℃ to **5℃;

l Optimal application temperature is between **8℃ to **0℃;

l It contains CFC-free propellants which are harmless to the ozone layer.

APPLICATIONS AREAS

l Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames;

l Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities;

l Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction;

l Bonding and mounting;

l Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes;

l Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation;

l Packaging purpose, wrap the precious & fragile commodity, shake-proof and anti-pressure.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

l Shake the aerosol can for at least *0 seconds; 

l Clean and moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application; 

l Fit the gun or plastic applicator on the adapter. 

l Firmly screw the can on the adapter and turn the flow adjustment screw; Fill the holes and cavities. 

l Bottom up during application; Foam will be tack-free in about *0 minutes; Excess can be trimmed in about one hour; 

l Fresh foam can be removed by using GNS Foam cleaner or acetone. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

STOREAGE AND SHELF LIFE

*2 months in unopened packing store in temperature between *5℃ to **5℃, Keep in cool, shade and well ventilated area. Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.

l Do not breathe spray/vapor; In case of eye contact, flush with water and get immediate medical attention;

l Do not burn or pierce even after use; 

l Keep away from heat, sparks, flames and static electricity; Turn off sources of ignition (pilot light etc.);

l Keep out of the reach of children.
