Brief introduction of Gypsum powder production
line:
The crusher breaks the large-sized gypsum ore into small
particles smaller than *5mm, which are stored and transported into
the mill for grinding, and the raw gypsum powder that has been
ground to the required fineness. Then the product is sent to the
fluidized bed furnace through the powder classifier. Calcined, and
the rest is returned to the mill for regrinding until qualified.
Calcined qualified gypsum powder is sent to the clinker bin for
storage or sent to the product workshop for use.
The main working principle of the
fluidized furnace drying system: the main body of
the fluidized furnace is mainly composed of dense hot air pipes,
which pass through the high-temperature hot air pipes, exchange
heat with materials, and release heat to Gypsum materials. A Roots
fan is installed at the bottom of the fluidized furnace, and the
cold air is blown into the furnace body through the air
distribution plate, and the powder in the furnace body is blown to
a boiling state. Flowing to the discharge port, the quality of the
Gypsum powder produced in this way is stable, and the crystal water
content and initial and final setting time are relatively easy to
control.
