FBS Fluidizing Bed Separator Brief Introduction

 

FBS (Fluidizing Bed Separator) is hindered-settling separation equipment which utilizes upstream to create turbulence in separator. It is cooperatedly developed by Weihai Haiwang Mine Machinery Company Ltd. and Institute of Process Engineering Chinese Academy of Sciences. For the first time, we combined fluidizing technology and turbulence field gravity hindered settling separation technology to develop new separation equipment with autogenous medium, large capacity and low operation cost. It can realize high efficient separation or purification of fine material such as coarse coal slime, ore sand, and pyrites. By identification of scientific and technological achievement in Shandong province, it has reached the domestic leading technology level and successfully included in Major energy saving technology industrialization projects in Shandong Province, National Torch Project, also it has been authorized two National utility model patents and one Shandong province science and Technology Progress Award.

FBS Fluidizing Bed Separator Technical characteristic

 

• Authorizes two national patents, technology in the domestic leading level;
• Adopts KOSO second generation electro hydraulic actuator with higher accuracy and higher reliability;
• Adopts E+H high precision density sensor to realize high precision density control;
• Adopts SIEMENS PLC Programmable Controller to make signal collection, analysis, and implement faster, guarantee system high accuracy separation.
• Patent structure recharge plate: quantity, size, layout of water hole can be calculated by computer CFD accurate simulation. It has uniform water supply and stable fluidizing bed. Water hole adopts conical anti-blocking design, NM wear-resisting material with at least two years of service time.
• Patent structure underflow valve: underflow valve keeps vertical linear movement in valve seat which do not shake left-right and discharge stablely. Valves and valve seats adopt stainless steel with at least 6 months of service time. Maximum *0mm particle can pass through underflow valve with no-blocking, good seal ability when closing it.
• Low water consumption: water volume per unit area of separator is *0~*5m3/m2/h; water consumption of coal slime per ton is 0.5~0.6m3.
• Equipped with upstream and downstream equipment professionally: equipped with overflow product dewatering and desliming equipment professionally*-small diameter concentrated cyclone or multi-layer high frequency vibrating screen to make coarse coal slime separation process more improvement, index more stable.
