Process Description

1) Liquid Phase Process by our Hexamine machine

*7% Formalin reacts with ammonia gas. The resulting hexamine solution is dehydrated via evaporation, centrifuged and dried to receive solid hexamine product. This process has advantages like simple operation, and the product's big particle.

2) Gas Phase process by our Hexamine production line

Formaldehyde gas directly converted from methanol reacts with ammonia gas in the saturated hexamine mother liquid to produce formaldehyde product. This process is featured in low steam consumption and the product's high purity.
