YA Series screens are designed to be both simple and durable providing exceptional performance for a wide range of screening conditions. YA Series screens are heavy duty designed circular motion inclined screens with two, three or four decks. The decks can be equipped with wear-resistant screening media of wire mesh or steel plate.
Strong riveting screen frame structure assures a long-lasting reliable working. Replacing parts is simplified because most components are completely bolted. With lower operational costs and precise sizing, King YA Series screens are of consistent performance in any screening application!
Features
1. Thin oil lubrication and seal maximise bearing lifespan
2. Screen box and vibration exciter are jointed with high strength
bolt
3. Belt pulley eccentricity self-centering YA screen avoids
vibration of V-belt
4. Ring-grooved rivets are used to joint side steel plate of
screen box and bracket for high strength and durability
5. Damping block design stabilizes the process of shutdown and
startup
6. Different vibration amplitudes can be adjusted by assembling
different eccentric blocks
