Spring & Cone Crusher -SG Series
SG series with spring safety system carries on all advantages of S series, and is equipped with an advanced hydraulic pressure cleaning system, crusher cavity will be cleaned speedily when material is blocked, so clean time is saved and work efficiency is increased

Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed . The spring pretecting system could efficiently protect the crushing machine from the demage of metal block entry into the crushing cavity. Meanwhile, the advanced hydraulic pressure cleaning system could make the fast cleaning on the crushing cavity.

6. A complete lubricating oil circle system, including oil pump, oil reserve tank, oil pipeline, etc. If oil temperature is over high or oil flows slowly, the machine can be shut down automatically. This protection extends crusher's service life.
