High Temperature CCTV with Two-Color Infrared Pyrometer

This is the very first product which designed by Baoyi company. We combined the signal from pyrometer into video cable. The both CCTV system and pyrometer will be put into one camera housing, one actuator. To make the viewing system and temperature testing system together.

1.1 Brief Instruction of CCTV system
The high temperature CCTV surveillance system type SG-LB**0 with cylinder retraction system, applied on high temperature environment of closed circuit television equipment. It was cooled by compressing air and water. At the head of probe it adopts pinhole probe and directly refrigerate by air. It forms an air curtain at the inside hole of kiln wall. In the inside layer, it carries through the forced cooling to the camera and lens by compressed air. The air spurts out and forms an air curtain in the front of puncture. Fix the camera lens close to the kiln wall. Through the hole in the wall, you can directly observe the moving of work-piece, the fusion of materiel, and the shape of flame. It is widely applied on industrial heating stove, such as reheating furnace, vapor furnace, glass melting trough, sintering stove etc. In the field of metallurgy, power, building material, light industry, chemical machinery etc. It ensures the safety of manufacture, improves the working environment, reduces the working strength, and is convenient for centralized direction and automation.
 
1.2 Brief Instruction of Pyrometer
    The type of BYB sensor has a adjustable focal length lens with optical laying. Its most distinguish feature is the large distance coefficient, will be very suitable to monitoring high temperature small target. What's more, the *0ms response time and the +/*0.1 repetitive precision will maintain a quick and accurate temperature testing.
The type of BYB infrared colorimetric pyrometer has three kinds: high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature.It can meet the users different needs in the temperature range of **0~***0ºC, especially for the dynamic things, charged conductor, vacuum or the objects with untouched temperature in other special conditions. The measurement does not have any infection with the previous temperature field.
BYB-H series thermometer is outfitted with dichroic ratio technology to measure the target temperature. The dichroic ratio technology even without the absolute energy measurement can also work under the following condition:
*  Object was shaded a part.
*  The measured object is smaller than thermometer measure sight
Another advantages of dichroic temperature measurement is the measured result of measure sight is very close to the highest temperature but not the average temperature. This dichroic temperature measurement can be installed more far away, even if the object is not full of surveying market. As for, you need not take the target size and distance into account, and have not to install it in the certain distance.

2.2 Camera housing
    Function:This camera housing is made of double stainless steel and cast aluminum end caps, it is very suitable for every kinds of CCD camera. Fixing the camera to the mounting plate, and connecting wires, which at the end of the cap. With a vortex cooling technology, give a better performance than air or water cooled camera housing.
 
2.3 High temperature lens
The high-temperature pinhole is made of stainless steel in the diameter of *5mm. The observation hole in the front is only 1mm to applicable in the high temperature furnace. The pinhole is uneasy to be damaged and has good high temperature properties.

2.4 Remote control software
   Function: this software is used to send alarm to control system, when under an emergency condition, like over temperature, water-break, air-break. Control box can be connected with software by USB cable, so it can achieve probe temperature testing, and adjust the camera.

   The electric control box mainly provides the camera power , control signal and rise the self-protection.

2.6 The pressure regulator filter
The compressed air into the device will be cooling into the camera and lens. The compressed air is not allowed into any oil and water because of directly blowing the surface of electric and optical device. So adding the pressure regulator filter in the road of compressed air, further filter the compressed air and adjust the pressure. 

 2.7 Actuator
   When under an emergency condition, like over temperature, water-break, air-break. The actuator will withdraw automatically.It is driven by air cylinder. Well sealed structure to make it can work under a high dust condition.

2.8 Installation housing
   This housing will be embedded into the furnace wall, to cool and fix actuator and probe housing, to keep a good environment for lens.

2.9 vortex tube
The vortex refrigeration tube is a kind of efficient, reliable, economic cooling device.  The device can cool the compressed air of *8ºC near to the zero. When use the monitoring camera in the high-temperate and dusty enviro ment, the device can cool the camera and ensure the camera constantly working.
The slot type screw drier in the back of vortex refrigeration tube is the temperature regulating valve.
