Background introduction:
The reason for coking is when the ash under a melted state, it will
cover the heating surface, it will affected by injection angle of
burners,
burning condition, air leak of boiler. The key for coking is the
fusion
point of ash.
Coking will cause temperature rising of over-heated steam, then
lead
the gas-water pipe burst. Coking will shorten service life of
boiler,
increase the smoke damage, reduce the boiler efficiency. If the
coke
become bigger and bigger, once it dropped, it will smash water
wall.
Monitoring method:
Lens angle and probe length should be based on observation
angle
and observation range. Connecting air pipe,putting the probe
through
boiler , users can observe the coke which inside of the boiler
with
**0°rotation.
