Charateristic
QR***2B Series is suitable for dyeingPolyester and blended fiber in high temperature,and it also can be used at normal temperature to dyeing cotton,hemp,acrylic and wool.
Other forms of fibers, such as wool top, skein, loose fiber soft cheese, nylon zipper, fastening tapes ,warp yarn can also be dyeing in different dyeing cage.

3.Unique, stable and reliable reversing arrangement. When the liquid flow is changing its direction , the main pump does not stop and increases the dye liquor's circulation times to raise dyeing quality.

4.Advanced computer controller can display temperature curve, procedure and output, ect.Automatic controll the heating, temperature keeping, and cooling ,so it can meet the dyeing technology requirement and they can be connected to the central control system.

5.Low bath ratio(1:**1:*0) saves dyes, auxiliary agent, steam and water. Much less waste discharging.
