Descriptions:

{C}1.{C} This product is a kind of Epoxy Resin Adhesive, special for grouting treatment and mico-cracks in concrete structures .

{C}2.{C} With little shrinkage, high strength, flexibility, and adaptability ,etc.

Specifications:

Steel-steel tensile & shear strength：*1.5Mpa.

{C}1.{C} Tensile strength: *2.6Mpa.

{C}3.{C} Compressive strength: *2.8Mpa.

{C}4.{C} Elastic modulus:***7Mpa.

Uses:

{C}1.{C} Can be used in repairing and grouting for micro-cracks(>5mm).

{C}2.{C} Reinforcement for hollowing gaps in concrete, mortar,bricks.

Instructions:

{C}1.{C} Part A : Part B=4:1, mixed evenly.

{C}2.{C} Add appropriate diluents (acetone xylene or resin thinner) according to the width of cracks, in order to decrease viscosity for grouting.

{C}3.{C} Suggested mix less than 0.5kg each time, initial set ≥*4h, totally solidified within **7 days.
