HQT Polymer Repair Mortar

Descriptions:

High Strength.

Abrasion Resistant, acid and alkali resistant.

Uses:

Can be used in repairing bridge\track board and concrete members.

Can be used in defect repairing, strengthening of industrial buildings with concrete pole\ honey comb\surface void. 

Can be used to repair concrete balcony, railing, stairs, steps, etc.

Instructions:

1st .Surface preparation:

{C}l {C}Remove all damaged concrete surface and remove oil, grease, chemicals or other contaminants, flush off the surface with water until the sound concrete is exposed.

{C}l {C}Cut and chisel the defective face of roads, bridges or parking lots to regulated size and depth as required in construction, then clean the surfaces.

2nd .Mixing:

{C}l {C}Check the quantity, size, type and manufacture date to make sure the product is within warranty period.

{C}l {C}Use the proportion Part A(emulsion): Part B(powder)=1:4, stir for **5 minutes with mixer, mix evenly.

3rd .Repairing construction:

{C}l {C}Plaster the mixed material on surface to be repaired with a spatula, with a general thickness ≤*0mm. Each coating ≤*0mm is suitable. Plaster the new coating after the above layer is dry.

{C}l {C}Do the moisture curing for exposed mortar surface after the construction is completed.

{C}l {C}Make sure the construction temper ature ≥5 â„ƒï¼ˆ*1℉）.

Emulsion: *0±0.5kg/barrel or *0±0.5 kg/barrel.

Powder: *0±0.5kg/barrel.

Storage:

6 months from manufacture date stored in dry & cool place ≥5 â„ƒï¼ˆ*1℉）,water proof\moisture proof with original package un-opened,and general cargo transport is allowed.
