I have Black and White truffles available fresh from Tuscany, Italy.

All truffles are hand selected and cleaned.


White Truffles (Tuber magnatum) available mid september-January there are four types of selection:

-Small: truffles ranging from about *0 grams to about *0 grams

-Medium: truffles ranging from about *0 grams to about *0 grams

-Large: will truffles ranging from about *0 grams to about **0 grams

-Extra Large:truffles ranging from about **0 grams and larger

Black Summer Truffles (Tuber aestivum) Available Now, there will be two types of selection:

-First-class: ranging from a minimum of *0 grams to about **0/**0 grams or more

-Second-class, truffles less than *0 grams, or exceeding this weight, but slightly broken.

All truffles are hand selected, weighed, and packaged and shipped.
