1.Operation Skills 
  a. Fix all the fasteners before the power is on and examine ,fix  regularly  on the operation .
  b. Open the inspection door and  Check if there is still some material in the crusher before switching the machine .Make sure it starting without loading .
  c. Check the condition of the easy –broken parts and if there is the crack defect before the power is on 
   d. The machine can be switched until the belt conveyor and bag-tap dust collector function well .
    e. When the machine is starting ,two people should operate it at the same time .
2.FAQ
a.  The bearing temperature is too high .The solution is to check if the volume of grease has taken up *0% of the bearing support or change the grease; Another is if the bearing is worn out seriously ,it should be changed a new one 
b.  The inner of the crushing cavity is vibrating strongly .The solution is switching the power off and clearing out the crushing cavity ;Check if there is any materials that cannot be crushed  falling into the crushing cavity ;Check the tighten condition of the liner plate and the gap between hammer and liner plate; Check if the hammer or the anti-friction liner plate has fallen 
c.  The discharging size is too large .The solution is that adjusting the gap of the impact frame front and back or changing the liner plate and hammer which are worn down strongly ;Adjust the impact frame place so that the two sides and rack line can reach the relative gap 
3.Care and Maintenance
a. Check the sealing condition of the bearing timely .And the grease in the bearing support should be changed per month .All should be done that cleaning ,changing and changing the felt one time three months.
b.  Check the tighten condition of the fasteners timely .The key point is to check the clamp bolt of the hammer on the side of the rotor, in case that the rotor appeared because of the loose clamp knocks the machine and then breaks the parts .
c. Check the friction condition of the impact plate and inner plate in the crushing cavity timely .If the serious friction parts are found ,they should be changed at once ,preventing the accident because of the falling .
d. Check and confirm that the materials in the crusher and channel are all cleared out .If there is still some ,it should be wiped
