Standard single bag filter

Side-in single bag filter is the very common filtration equipment.

INOCO standard side-in type filter bag including all components are all standardized, also can manufactured by line production or pressure vessel GB**0.

Side-in single bag filter adopts standard lug bolt to fix, connection way is standard DN*0 and DN *0 flange.

4 type normal size for filter bags: size 1,size 2,size 3 ,size 4.

Multiple bags filter

INOCO multiple bags filter is suitable for *0~***0M3/H conditions, a small number of filter bag is equipped with rotating arms and hand wheel and standard bearings, it is convenient for opening and operation; for more than *2 bags filter, we can choose the cylinder or hydraulic assisted, only 1 person can finish the open and close process. The auxiliary device is including a pressure relief valve, a positioning pin which can ensure the safe operation.

Working pressure: 0.6 Mpa to 5.0 Mpa.

Design temperature: 0 ~ *0â„ƒ.

Filter bag support: electrolytic polishing stainless steel porous support filter basket.

Unique way of three point filter bag is fixed, to ensure that the filter bag and filter shell has good sealing performance, hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder is optional.

High quality O ring seal, to guarantee the operation is convenient, and reliable.

Side in and bottom out design ensures that the liquid can be completely emissions, at the same time using the tangent exports to choose.

Standard mode for 2 ~ *4 bag (1# and 2# bags), largest bag number is *0 bags.
