Structure
It is a kind of small and medium, multideck screening machine and is composed of SCREENING BOX, MESH, MESH FRAME, VIBRATING MOTOR, SHOCK MITIGATION SYSTEM AND BOTTOM FRAME, etc.
Working Principle:
1. The vibrating source is also from vibrating motor.
2. There are two motors to be fixed on the both side of screening box(or under the screening box) to corotate by the contrary direction. In the process of rotating, the eccentric blocks of motor will emerge a kind of centrifugal force, which can be transmited to the screening box and make the machine run by linear direction.
3. Then the material on the mesh will be vibrated –forward and screened. By choosing the suitable mesh, the screening target is realized.

1. Character:
1).Small volum, simple structure, high precise.
2). All-closed design, low noise and consumption.
3). Layers. It supports one layer two layers, at most to five layers.

4. Usage:
1). It is mainly used for screening, filtering, grading and removing impurity for all kinds of powder, particle, and liquid, ESPECIALLY FOR DRY MATERIAL.
2). Mainly suitable industry: chemical, medical powder and particle, coating, pigment, cosmetic, grease, resin, ceramic sauce, slurry, quicklime, fireproofing powder, metallurgy powder, starch, flour, rice flour, carbon powder, graphite powder, manganese powder, sewage, waste oil, dung, etc.
