LS Model Screw Conveyor adapts ISO******5 level. Its design is equal to ZDJ****5.*****8ã€ŠLS screw conveyorã€‹professional standards. Compared with GX model screw conveyor, its uasge is more wider. And it has more advanced technique. Etc.

Usage:

The LS screw conveyor is mainly used in the follow industry: constructure, metallurgy, chemical, electric, coal, grain, food, and so on.

It is very suitable for the powder and partical material. Such as cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, sand, etc.

Attention: It is not suitable for viscous material. It is also not suitable for horizonal conveyor.

Its workable environmental temperature is **0°C—*0°C. The material’s temperature (be carried)is about **0°C***0°C

Characters:

2. About the driver.

a. single driver device.

3. About the hanging shaft.

a. Two kinds: SCROLLING AND SLIDING.

b. Low resistance. Tightly sealed and high abrasion-proof.

4. A special sealing device for bearing.

The conveyingshute and the bearing block are seperated. There is a sealing-device between the conveyingshute and the bearing block. And it can avoid the material to permeate the bearing. So the bearing can enjory a longer life.
