Hello, 

My name is Lynden Lewis and I am the mandate for a LNG supplier that is looking for long term business. Below I have listed the essentials of the deal and if you are interested I can give you the complete list of procedures to complete the transaction. 

1. LNG delivery will be on a CIF basis only to the Buyers preferred port. Buyer does not have to be the end user.

2. Sale Price is US$9 per Million Metric Btu (CIF basis any safe world port). 

3. Btu density per MT will range between *7 times to *2 times.

4. CIF Price of US$9 per Million Metric Btu is not negotiable (maybe to $8.*0 or so depending on quantity). Delivery is preferred to be CIF only. Price can be based on a benchmark such as Platts or Henry Hub and can be adjusted every 3 months or so based on the agreement between the buyer and seller.

5. Purchase amounts per shipment will be delivered in quantities of *0,**0 mt or **0,**0 mt

6. Normal contract periods are for *5, *0 or *5 years.

If you have a buyer, please let them know that this deal is as straight up as it appears. There will be no need to provide any banking instruments. The only thing the buyer needs is an LOI. Thats it.
