Product features

â—The PVC modifier products have excellent modification effect with less dosage, which follow EU ROHS Directive, eco-friendly and without secondary pollution. The PVC impact modifiers have good compatibility and dont precipitate, which are the preferred choice of environmental protection efficient modifiers in PVC industry.

â—The PVC impact modifiers have good modification effect. And have excellent processing performance, make the products appearance gloss improved greatly, with moderate hardness and the synergistic effect of thermal stability enhanced. Also have functions of antioxidant and light stability, to improve the weather resistance and heat resistance of various PVC products.

â— The PVC modifiers as Acrylic modified products, except the features of ACR201 and P-20, they can replace the MBS modifier by whole. The dosage is 70%-90% MBS of original formula, which have better effect and more excellent performance.

Usage advice

â— When the manufacturers use WS-701A series products, all formulas keep the same, except the change of ACR and MBS. The processing temperature should reach above165â„ƒwhen using701A. According to the original formula of MBS and ACR modification system, and as per technical requirement of products, users should adjust the product dosage correspondingly to achieve the best using effect.

â— When using WS-701A series products, as the modifiers have good fluidity, users should decrease 0.3-0.6phr of ACR or P-20 correspondingly if there is in original formula, and reduce 0.2-0.3phr of external lubricant 70S.

Packing and transportation

â— The products should be stored in dry and cool place with air ventilation, and pay attention to moisture proof.

â— The products packed in plastic woven bag lined with PE bag,25kgnet weight per bag.
