Mega Render board provides a flat durable substrate for a variety of thin coat polymeric renders, textured finishes and other surface coatings. Consisting of four layers of mesh, strengthen board can provide the equivalent impact and wind-loading requirements with a thinner and lighter board compared to similar competitors products. Mega Render board is a high strength external board giving more impact and breaking strength in cases where it is used as a receiver board for acrylic and cementious renders. This advantage makes it a tougher more durable board with the ability to withstand harsher weather and working conditions. It also differs from Mega Render board in that it has a rough side finish suitable for carrying acrylic and senentitious renders. Once fixed, Mega Render board is immediately ready for render application. Benefits Mega Render board provides high tensile strength that resists bending to prevent cracking and deformity, it provides an excellent resistance to impact damage, a non combustible fire rating and is not affected by moisture and water penetration.
