MESA **0 processing machine for fish heads cuts from the head cheeks and tongues which exit the machine via separate chutes while the offal falls down a chutes at the rear of the machine. the machine can separate the gills from the head. can cut the fish head in various ways.
The machine processes all medium sizes of heads without special adjustments.
MESA **0has variable speed for sending the heads through the machine and is therefore easy to fit into the processing line with other machines.

it can also only take the tongue out of the head. so the head is ready for drying.
one man operation, the machine processes *5 heads per minute.

The machine has until now mostly being used for cod head processing, but it delivers products from redfish heads,, saithe heads and other whitefish heads.
