MESA **0 splits fish heads and tears the gills out. The machine can process all sizes of head, from the smallest to the largest, and takes different sizes without special adjustments. Parts of the head that have been cut exit the machine by separate chutes, one for cheeks and gills and another for the offal. MESA **0 has variable speed for sending the heads through the machine and is there-fore easy to fit into the processing line with other machines.The cheeks and tongue is a well known product on the market.salted or fresh.
