Introduction:

AU-MTPE*0 is the special enzyme used for chemi-mechanical pulping and long fiber pulping. It is extracted from three special-effect enzymes and is suitable for the range of pH 5.**8.0 and temperature ****5 °C.  

Based on its effects to fibers in pulp, AU-MTPE*0 can make the fibers absorb adequate water and expand and promote fiber brooming, so reduce the energy consumption in the subsequent pulping process. Because the fibers absorb enough water and are fully expanded, they become soft and thickening, and increase the bulk and flexibility. At the same time, AU-MTPE*0 can re-combine the fiber fines, which is conducive for water draining of wet sheet, can reduce the fiber fines content in white water and improve the recycling rate of white water, thereby reduce consumption and clear water usage per ton primary pulp. AU-MTPE*0 has certain stripping roles to slime pulp adhered in the system, long tome use can make the entire approach system of paper machine more, avoid the paper flaw such as color spot and paper breakage phenomenon resulting from slime pulp, reduce the cleaning frequency of forming wire and blankets and prolong the life of forming wire and blankets.

Advantages:

1. Polymerization

The polymerization can re-combine the fiber fines in pulp. When AU-MTPE*0 bio-enzyme is added into the pulp, it firstly meets with the fiber fines in the pulp. For its quantity is countless times more than the fiber fines, the bio-enzyme can surround the fiber fines and re-polymerize them together. When these fiber chains collide with long fibers, they attached to the long fibers; at the same time, due to the very small size of AU-MTPE*0, when they are added into the pulp, even contact with long fibers firstly, they will be bounced. However, after they are re-combined with fiber fines and form larger sizes, together with their own adhering property, they will re-combine with the long fibers when encountered again in the last period. The advantages derived from this characteristic of AU-MTPE*0 are listed as follows:

a) To reduce the white water concentration of paper machine, increase retention rate, reduce consumption per unit pulp, increase production per unit time and create benefits for enterprise.

b) The closed recycling water will become clean, which can reduce the cost of water treatment or the added amount of clear water and create benefits for enterprise.

2. Brooming Effect

AU-MTPE*0 bio-enzyme can directly effect on the fiber surface and make the smooth fiber surface generate many fiber branches, which plays the role of brooming. The advantages derived from this characteristic are as follows:

a) Since the connection among the fibers after brooming becomes multi-point connection, the tension, break-resistance and tearability of finished paper are all been increased. Together with the re-combination of fiber fines to the fiber branches after brooming, the quality of paper is further improved, which can increase the market competitiveness of enterprise products.

b) Due to the improvement of strength, the proportion of high-quality raw materials can be reduced, which can create benefits for enterprise. 

3. Expansion of Water Absorption

AU-MTPE*0 can loose the fiber internal structure and make the fibers be easy to absorb water and expand. Its advantages are as follows:

a) The fibers after expansion of water absorption will be softened, which can save the energy consumption for jordaning and create benefits for enterprise.

b) To increase the bulk of finished paper, that is, in the same amount the thickness of paper will be increased, which can increase the market competitiveness of enterprise products.

Based on the above effects, enterprise can also reduce appropriately the beating degree of jordaning without changing the quality parameters of finished paper, which can reduce the energy consumption at the same time.

4. Antibacterial Action and Cleaning System

It has certain stripping effects to slime pulp adhered in the system, long tome use can make the entire approach system of paper machine more, avoid the paper flaw such as color spot and paper breakage phenomenon resulting from slime pulp, reduce the cleaning frequency of forming wire and blankets and prolong the life of forming wire and blankets.

Taking all these advantages:

AU-MTPE*0 can make the pulp cleaner, improve the whiteness of pulp, extend the life of paper blankets and at the same time, can improve product quality, reduce energy consumption and produce no pollution.

Conclusion:

AU-MTPE*0 will become ineffective only when pH ≥ 9.5 or temperature ≥ *5 °C or concurrence of both. If AU-MTPE*0 is ineffective, it usually can be found when paper drying, also can be found in the produced paper that AU-MTPE*0 does not have any effect.

Notice:

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If leakage occurred, wash with water. When taking AU-MTPE*0 from the barrels, the tools shall be dry.

Storage:

If sealed and stored in cool and dry place, the reduction of its activity will be no more than *0%. Seal after use.
