Plate Type Evaporator is a kind of multi effect
evaporator with high efficiency, compact structure and energy
preservation.
A. Technical
Features
1) Energy
preservation. The methods of up & down membrane evaporation and
up membrane evaporation are utilized resulting in reasonable flow
path and availability of multi effect evaporation hence
considerable energy preservation. As far as *-effect plate type
evaporator is concerned, 1 kg of water is evaporated by consumption
of steam 0.*7Kg. Moreover thermal compression of secondary vapor
(TVR) can be added, in this way 1 kg of water is evaporated only by
consumption of steam 0.*5Kg. This efficiency is equivalent to
one effect evaporation more. Steam consumption even becomes
zero if thermal compression of secondary vapor (TVR) is performed
by means of a compressor.
2) High
efficiency, close loop, fast and low temperature evaporation. It is
especially suitable for concentration of food material, for
example, variety of matters containing rich protein and sensitive
to heat. The food material so treated will keep its original color,
odor, taste unchanged.
3) Operation
is fully automatic with microcomputer, PLC and touching screen. It
can be remote-controlled with DCS.
4) Capacity
is adjustable as per actual need.
5) Plate
type structure is adopted in design, resulting in compact
arrangement, small area covered, and ease of operation and
maintenance.
