Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) Blanks

The Polycrystalline Diamond of Accurate Tooling (ATPD) is the high quality diamond micron powder sintered with appropriate bonding under conditions of high temperature and high pressure (HTHP). 
The PCD blanks are available in free-standing and Tungsten Carbide substrate.

To meet proper machining precision and targets, Accurate Tooling introduces polished and non-polished PCD surface made from appropriate diamond of corresponding particle size and content.
