The technical team adopts reasonable design when machining different materials. There are four kinds of our cutting tools, single (mono) crystalline diamond (natural diamond, CVD/HPHT diamond) tools, polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tools, cubic boron nitride (CBN) tools, and cemented carbide (tungsten steel) tools.
The core team has mastered the key technology and has formed a series of tool design and manufacturing standards, such as single (mono) crystalline diamond tool slot welding, polycrystalline diamond (PCD) reamer parameter, PCBN blade sharpening, etc. More importantly, we have a strict control of raw materials according to the customer's requirements at the very beginning, to ensure the quality consistency and the price performance.
The cutting tools of ACCURATE cover more than a dozen of metal and non-metal processing industries in automobiles, aerospace, shipbuilding, woodworking, mold processing, 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronic), graphite carbon fiber cutting, optical mirror finishing, etc., and are applied to powerful cutting, dry cutting, mirror cutting of superhard materials and materials of high wear-resistant.
