replace stainless steel pipe.
Examination Method (1)
• Hydraulic Sealing Examination:
The examination is to seal with a cover board the
pipes or pipe fittings first, design appropriate
pressure at 1.5 times of water filling under the
normal temperature and maintain for half an hour.
It is passed only under non-leakage.
• Electric Spark Flaw Detector:
Select the JG***3 type electric spark
microporous detector and proceed under the
output voltage of 5KV**0KV (which voltage
shall be determined based on the F4 thickness)
and 1.6×*0 Hz of the frequency. The
detectors are qualified when no penetration
occurs under the moving velocity of less than
*0mm/s on the F4 surface.
