We are a specialized edge banding manufacturer in China, located in Dongguan, Guangdong. We produce PVC Edge Banding, ABS Edge Banding, Melamine Edge Banding and PVC profiles. PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic) Edgebanding is manufactured through an extrusion process into many different thicknesses, widths, and shapes. Printing, lacquering, and embossing process help to match virtually any colour, finish and texture. The back side of the PVC edgebanding is treated with a primer which is an integral part of establishing a successful bond with the adhesive. Deheng PVC edge banding is made of high quality PVC powder and additives. The formula and moulding for the edging is finely tuned. Deheng PVC edge banding presents outstanding characteristics such as non-colour variation after trimming and polishing, strong bonding strength, excellent light stability, superior durability and wearability, stain and chemical resistance, etc. Thickness ranges from0.4mm to 3.0mm. Width ranges from *5mm to **0mm. Packed in **0 meter rolls or **0 meter rolls. Each roll has a **5mm inner paper core and strapped with plastic band. 5 rolls per carton on pallets.
