QR**1 HTHP PACKAGE YARN DYEING MACHINE

FEATURE

QR**1 Series is used in dyeing and pretreatment and after-treatment package yarns are made of polyester and blended fiber under high temperature condition. It can also be used in dyeing and pretreatment and after-treatment package yarns are made of cotton, hemp, acrylic, wool and so on under normal temperature condition.

Other forms of fibers, such as slivers, hank, soft cheese, bulk fiber, cakes (viscose), nylon zipper, ticking buckle, wrap yarn also can be dyed and treated by changing the different dyeing carriers.

ADVANTAGES

Integral heat exchanger, centrifugal pump and **0° plate type reserving arrangement. Without external circulated pipe. Saving the space about *0%.
New external heat exchanger which is high efficiency and energy-saving.
The motor of main pump is controlled by frequency inventor and adjusted flux steplessly in order to achieve the dyeing synchronous requirement by technological curves.
Unique stable reliable reserving arrangement can ensure the main pump without standstill when the liquid flow is changing. So it can add the liquid circulated times.
Advanced computer controller can display curve of temperature, procedure , output and so on. Full automatic control of dyes dosing, inflow, draining, heating, keeping temperature, cooling and rinsing etc can meet dyeing requirement. It can be connected with the central controlled system.
Low bath ratio (1:**1:7), saving dyes, Chemical Accessories, steam and water. Much less waste discharging.

Dyeing vessel and all the parts in contact with dye liquor are made of high quality stainless steel.
Highly efficient new type centrifugal pump link up with mechanical sealing device, is frequency inverter controlled and the flow can be adjusted steplessly.
Vertical dyeing vessel, quick lock vessel cover with balance weight device which is equipped with pneumatic switch. vessel cover’s electric interlocking device.
Atuomatically controlled plate type liquor flow direction reserving device.
