1. The mixer use European technology; big obliquity, strong screw flow, solid three- dimensional compulsory mixing, which will form well boiling layer and consequently achieve well-proportioned mixing during a short time.

2. Asphalt weighing and spraying device use high-speed flux asphalt pump to realize high-pressure shower spraying asphalt, making hot aggregate, filler and asphalt mixed more quickly, equably; shorten the mixing time and enhance the ourput.

3. Vibrating screen use whole airproof vibrating screen whose eccentricity shaft is placed above and its swing range can be regulated. This can realize convenient maintenance.

4.Cold aggregate supply system use Modularize design, convenient transportation and installation and can adjust cold aggregate feeding position; use frequency conversion timing motor for feeding, react sensitively; adjust feeding exactly;

5. Dust filtering system use two-stage whole dust filtering project, use imported filtering bag, waterproof, oil-proof, well heat-resistant, which efficiently protract the using life.

6.Electric control system use  International famous brand and global  high quality electric control parts to isnure the capacity of the equipment;With fault-detecting and diagnosis alarming ability, convenient for saving the directions for material supplying proportion and printing report forms; 

7.Drying drum:Outside the drying drum is covered with a *0mm heat preservation structure, and inside the drying drum fixing up blades used for lifting aggregate, which can reduce heat loss and ensure the highest thermal efficiency.
